Job Description
Salary Range: 63k - 68k (depending on experience)
Primary Responsibilities:
Provides CST/Cybersecurity Liaison (CSL) support to our government customers located on Peterson Space Force Base.
Resolve desktop, laptop, peripherals, cell phone and related issues for our customers.
Work requires supporting both classified and unclassified networks.
Track computer inventory as components are transitioned in and out of the maintenance area.
Document Lessons Learned and operational continuity.
Image computers with latest Standard Desktop Configuration (SDC).
Capture and present metrics of work ongoing and completed.
One on one support with clients and/or group support sessions may be required to assist customers with learning new capabilities.  
Account management will be conducted for CSL duties.
Position is subject to cross utilization with related contract positions. This ensures continuity in several support areas.
Responsible for staying current on latest hardware and software used by our customer.
Configuring and Optimizing Windows Operating systems to ensure access to internal and external resources are available.  
Assists with network account setup for NIPRNet and SIPRNet, DD forms 2875, and info on provisioning/deprovisioning accounts to include assistance with Rules of Behavior Agreements.
Gathers initial Classified Messaging Incidents (CMI) info.
