About the Role
Are you passionate about leading operational excellence in an entrepreneurial and dynamic work environment? Are you yearning for an opportunity to utilize your creativity to grow a scaling process?  We are looking for a NetSuite Administrator to join us on our journey to facilitate a digital revolution in the B2B supply chain.
The NetSuite Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our NetSuite Enterprise Resource Planning System and ensuring optimal performance to support our business operations. This role involves close collaboration with the Accounting and Finance department and Operational teams to understand their needs and tailor the NetSuite environment accordingly and reports directly to Senior Program Manager (FinOps).
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the NetSuite application and other integrated business systems related to NetSuite
Develop, document, and create formal policies, procedures, and protocols for changes, customization, standards, usage, etc.
Create & modify user accounts, roles, organize, and audit access
Customize NetSuite fields, forms, workflows, records, and user roles to enhance business processes
Develop and maintain saved searches, reports, KPIs, and dashboards for different departments
Provide ongoing support and training to NetSuite users
Assist users with creating and modifying reports
Create & manage implementation procedures for NetSuite
Manage & support existing SuiteCommerce & OneWorld modules
Assist in the maintenance of 3rd party applications connected to NetSuite via both SuiteBundles/SuiteApps.
Support accounting tasks & implementations
Continuously analyze and improve business processes through NetSuite solutions
Collaborate with department heads to understand their needs and implement effective solutions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
NetSuite Certified Administrator, Certified ERP Consultant, or SuiteFoundation certifications are a plus.
3-5 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator.
Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator is required.
Strong understanding of NetSuite’s functionalities.
Familiarity with scripting and APIs for NetSuite integration.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
Strong communication and training abilities.
Compensation:  $80-97k
