This Management Company has been the exclusive rental agency for 26 privately-owned 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units along a beautiful river for over 25 years.
This is a full-time on-site role located in Estes Park, CO for a Property Management Couple. The Property Management Couple will be responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of properties, including overseeing tenant relations, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and ensuring compliance with legal and safety requirements. You will be provided with a one-bedroom apartment adjacent to the office along with all utilities. These items will be provided as well as a salary to be negotiated.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to perform physical tasks such as cleaning and light maintenance
Maintain buildings and landscaping
