Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to buyers and sellers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Conduct vehicle inspections and accurately assess vehicle condition prior to auction.
Generate detailed reports on vehicle history, condition, and auction results.
Collaborate with auction staff to ensure the efficient operation of auction events.
Maintain accurate records of auction inventory, sales, and financial transactions.
Work Environment: This position will primarily be based at an auction facility with travel to off-site auction events. The role involves interaction with customers, auction staff, and vendors in a fast-paced and exciting atmosphere.
