Job Description
As Manager of Delivery Optimization, you’ll be responsible for evolving the end-to-end deployment process for McDonald’s Digital Products at scale, including market adoption, cost optimization for process and ways of working. You’ll work with a team that will focus on enabling Market success through deployment optimization through the McDonald’s ecosystem.
The Manager of Delivery Optimization will leverage their deep expertise with coordinating multi-product deployment processes and strong partnerships with market teams to improve quality, efficiency, and accelerate our ability to deploy new features that our customers love. This role is central to ensuring our McDonald’s Digital Products at scale releases are high-quality and support our markets and customers—the buck stops with you.
Key Responsibilities
Change management ownership and collaboration between international markets and the Global Product teams to evangelize new ways of working.
Help frame vision for market adoption across 80+ countries and multiple customer experiences and products.
In collaboration with our Delivery centers of expertise and market stakeholders, support the focus on accountability, quality, speed to market, and reliability for our markets and drive value through optimization of processes and tools Champion iterative evolution of our tools and processes to drive efficiency and higher quality for our production releases. Manage external teams across the McDonald’s product operating model to internationalize and scale our best practices for digital products ways of working.
Work with the Customer Experience teams to support thought partnership with
Product Teams and Tech Leads.
Partner with guilds to produce quality and efficiency metrics for the deployment life cycle.
Support Sr. Delivery optimization Manager on a comprehensive roadmap of our process evolution over the long term to meet business objectives.
Support discovery of new optimization opportunities.
Support large scale Global Deployments of Mobile Application.
Problem solve and solution through automation processes.
Lead development team(s) to support Mobile Deployment ways of working.
