Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking a collaborative and proven Director of Brand Marketing to champion the Epsilon brand across all touchpoints. You will be a critical part of the team that guides the next stage of our brand evolution, developing and executing brand strategies, campaigns, and assets that articulate our holistic story, vision, and purpose. Reporting to the VP of Brand and Communications, you will lead consistency and engagement across all target audiences, internally and externally, as well as manage the brand’s activation across channels and campaigns globally.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of brand marketing principles and be passionate about brand consistency and storytelling. We are looking for someone with excellent project management skills, an aptitude for building stakeholder and cross-collaborative relationships and strong copywriting skills. Since you’ll be working with cross functional team for execution, you’ll need to balance your collaboration, leadership, and evangelist skills thoughtfully.
Key Responsibilities
Promotion of Epsilon Brand: Drive efforts to promote the entirety of the Epsilon brand, emphasizing our core values, mission, and culture, independent of individual products, solutions, verticals, or geographies.
Brand Strategy Development: Lead the development of comprehensive brand strategies that align with company objectives and resonate with target audiences.
Asset and Campaign Creation: Oversee the creation of brand assets, campaigns, and messaging that effectively communicate our brand story, vision, and purpose.
Brand Consistency: Maintain a strong brand consistency across all touchpoints, including positioning, messaging, visual identity, and brand guidelines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing teams and other departments to ensure the effective communication and reflection of the brand in all internal, external, and Groupe materials and campaigns.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze key brand metrics to assess the effectiveness of brand marketing efforts and identify opportunities for improvement. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges, adjusting the brand marketing strategy as necessary.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Experience with Martech, Adtech or Data companies preferred.
10+ years of experience in brand marketing or brand-related Mar Comms, with a focus on developing and implementing brand strategies and campaigns.
Proven track record of driving brand consistency and awareness across various channels and touchpoints.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
An ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
