Job Title: Direct Mail Manager - Personalization
Location: Multiple Sites (Relocation Assistance Available)
Salary: $70,000 - $125,000 Base + Performance-Based Bonus

Job Summary: We are seeking a Direct Mail Manager to lead our personalization operations. This critical role involves managing multiple crews across two shifts, soon expanding to three, dedicated to personalizing cards and finished products. The environment is dynamic and fast-paced, perfect for a leader who thrives under pressure and is looking to make a significant impact in the print and packaging industry.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the personalization processes of direct mail products during multiple shifts.
Manage and expand team operations as we scale to a third shift within the year.
Ensure high-quality production standards for all personalized and variable data printed products.
Optimize operations through lean manufacturing principles and continual process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role within a high-volume mail or direct mail production environment.
Expertise in handling equipment such as Multipack, PackSmart, DataCard, Redline, Surefeed.
Strong background in printing processes including die cutting, folding, laminating, and direct mail production.
Proven technical knowledge in folding cartons or related production fields.
Demonstrated ability to drive team performance in a fast-paced setting.
