HRIS Analyst (Oracle Cloud HCM) contract opportunity with our client.
This position is an in office position that can be located in either Tampa, FL. or Dallas, TX with some remote work flexibility.
The ideal candidate will have Oracle Cloud HCM experience: Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Core HR, Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning, and Time & Labour.
This position will serve as a functional analyst in configuration and/or maintenance of various Oracle Oracle Cloud HCM modules; Work collaboratively with HRTO team and business users to interpret business process requirements into systems configuration activities including build, testing, validation, and documentation of system changes.
Assist in identification of opportunities for implementation of new features or features not currently in use, make recommendations and work with end-users to implement features or changes to improve efficiencies.
Assist in writing test-plans/scripts and assist with testing of configurations as well as training of end-users.
Create/maintain Oracle system/application documentation (requirements, processes, and procedures).
Responsibilities:
Data entry responsibilities, including the importing, cleaning and validation of staff and organizational data
Interface with up and downstream stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and timely entry.
Provide input to requirements, process flows and design documents to help ensure that platform configuration is aligned with business needs
Develop and maintain scheduled and hoc reports, queries and dashboards to support all areas of HR Provide metrics and analytics to support business needs by compiling, transforming and visualizing data.
Troubleshoot, research and resolve system issues and inquires via various hotlines and mailboxes.
Assist end users with system functionality and features.
Support various HR business processes such as goal setting, performance review, comp cycles, etc.
Develop, deliver and maintain training for end-users, managers and ins
Develop and maintain procedural documentation to accurately reflect business processes
Drive the organization to self-service model by automating the delivery of reports and dashboards.
Develop and execute test scripts for user acceptance testing during implementation and future releases.
Participate in the Global Transformation of the HR System to the next generation.
Requirements:
The candidate must have a solid understanding of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems). This includes the ability to navigate the system efficiently for data entry, reporting, and troubleshooting.
Oracle Cloud HCM experience: Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Core HR, Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning, and Time & Labour.
Strong data management skills are essential, including data entry, cleaning, validation, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Experience in developing and executing test scripts for user acceptance testing during implementation.
