Pool Troopers is seeking a motivated and experienced Pool Service Technician Trainer to join our team. As a Pool Service Technician Trainer, you will be responsible for training and educating new and existing Pool Technicians on pool maintenance, service, and repair techniques as well as top-class customer service.

Responsibilities:
Conduct in-field training sessions and provide hands-on instructions to new Pool Technicians
Evaluate performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure proper technique and adherence to company standards
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and equipment
Assist in the development and implementation of training programs
Requirements
1 year trainer/ instructor experience in outdoor labor industry
Ability to effectively communicate and train individuals with varying levels of experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 19 years of age
Must have a valid driver license for at least 3 years with no major infractions or significant points
Must be able to pass pre-employment background screening, drug screening, and MVR (Motor Vehicle Records).
