What you get to do in this role:
Organize, and manage business operations for the global Sales function, including handling executive-level special projects and working collaboratively and cross-functionally with other global functions and business teams. The Global Forecast and Analytics Senior Manager interacts with virtually every aspect of the company, with some members embedded within other teams. Focus on clean, accurate reporting as deal complexity grows. This is a highly matrixed organization operating in a dynamic, high-growth global business environment.  
Owns forecast and inventory burndown projections for ServiceNow's MSP business  
Owns data cleanliness in support of MSP business and overall forecast
Support creation of  CRPO and forecast readouts readouts including Global Forecast w/MSP allocation
Data analysis, updates and execution in support of a clean summary and forecast on a daily, weekly, monthly , quarterly basis
Execute operational aspects of the Global Forecast Operational Cadence, including weekly forecast emails, analysis, operational dashboards, monitoring and measurement of communications activities
Support consistency across the GEO Reporting teams, with a focus on scale, analysis and usability
Work directly with global sales ops leadership to ensure focus and cleanliness in read outs on key reporting metrics
