PURPOSE

POSITION
We are seeking an energetic, organized, and driven Sales Support Representative to join our team in our Boston, MA office. In this role you will work closely with Regional Sales Managers and Directors to support various activities related to business development, direct sales, and partner management. Some of key responsibilities will be the following:
Lead online and in-person product demonstrations
Lead order fulfillment process and customer onboarding
Assist with customer and partner communications as needed
Assist with partner onboarding and renewal as needed
Assist with business development, lead nurturing, and quoting
Assist with tender and proposal documentation
Domestic and potentially international travel is required (up to 25% travel)
As a member of a rapidly growing team, you will have many opportunities for growth and role expansion. This role will report to our Business Development Manager
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be in our Boston office
Language requirements:
Fluency in English
Proficiency or Fluency in Spanish/French/Arabic is a plus
Excels at stakeholder communication and rapport building
Goal orientated with a track record of overachieving on targets/KPIs
Experience in customer-facing or outreach roles is preferred
Tech-savvy and have a desire to learn in-depth product knowledge
Bachelor's Degree preferred
