The Solutions Delivery group creates and supports customer-facing technology.  The department applies best practices and innovative technology to stakeholder and business issues to find solutions that maximize investment value.
IT Solutions Marketing Manager will be responsible for the launch and adoption of  IT solutions as well as lead the development and management of digital content initiatives and oversee User experience, communication, and documentation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creative flair, technical expertise, and leadership skills to drive the successful execution of digital content projects that enhance user experience and support IT objectives.
Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with IT goals and objectives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify content needs, target audience preferences, and key messaging themes.
Content Creation and Management: Lead the creation, curation, and optimization of digital content across various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters. Ensure content is engaging, informative, and consistent with brand guidelines and coordinated with Brand initiatives.
Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the team. Define roles and responsibilities, set performance expectations, and foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
User Experience Optimization for IT Solutions: Collaborate with the UX Designer to enhance user experience across IT Solutions by optimizing content layout, navigation, and visual design elements. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
Technical Documentation: Work closely with the Technical Writer to create and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and knowledge base articles. Ensure documentation is clear, concise, and accessible to target audiences, including end-users and technical stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, design, and product development, to align digital content initiatives with broader organizational strategies and initiatives.
