About the Role
As a Transport & Trade Contract Manager, you are responsible for Transport & Trade related Vendor and Contract Management, analyzing existing contracts, ensuring proactive planning of contract renewals and managing contract amendments in line with business goals to achieve the best possible contractual set-up for the Transport and Trade suppliers in the Logistics Region.
This role reports to the Regional Transport & Trade Commercial Manager. 
A Day in the Life
Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities*
Responsible for contract & vendor management for the Transport & Trade categories in the Logistics Region.
Responsible for contract lifecycle management, including proactive planning of contracts renewals/terminations.
Secure compliance with legal, regulatory and internal policy requirements for commercials.
Coordinate tactical and strategic Vendor Management meetings to track and evaluate supplier performance against contract terms and KPIs, in close collaboration with regional Transport & Trade Operations teams.
Define, develop and follow-up the usage of Vendor Scorecards to improve supplier relationship and efficiency.
Ensure regional commercial strategy in alignment with regional and global needs, objectives and strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract data, to enable benchmarking and continuous improvement.
Contribute to defining the global Transport & Trade commercial categories goals together with Central teams.
Evaluate insights and lead standardization of contracts, SLAs and rate cards together with Transport and Trade Operations teams to improve decision-making and category strategy development.
Analyze existing contracts (quality, cost, risk, liabilities, vendor performance, contract setup, etc.) with Regional Transport & Trade Operational teams and initiate appropriate actions.
Manage contract amendments, including assessing the impact of proposed changes, securing proper documentation also following defined global and regional governance/approval processes.
Ensure a clear understanding of contractual responsibilities by communicating contract terms, obligations and requirements to relevant stakeholders.
Provide training and guidance to regional teams on contract and vendor management procedures.
Actively stay up-to-date on global logistics end-to-end operational status, KPIs, issues and risks.
Identify sustainability opportunities and challenges from a social, economic and environmental perspective.
