Position Overview:
Location: Corona, CA (Part-time on-site, potential for full-time)
Graphic Design Wizardry: Bring our ideas to life using graphic design tools, with a focus on Canva.
Sales Support: Assist in crafting compelling sales proposals.
Marketing Maven: Contribute to creative marketing strategies and execute innovative ideas.
LinkedIn Expertise: Manage and enhance our LinkedIn presence.
Detail-Oriented Dynamo: Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all marketing collateral.
People Person: Collaborate with team members and build lasting client relationships.
Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, this role encompasses both business and personal responsibilities. We emphasize the importance of trustworthiness, as you will handle confidential and time-sensitive materials.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of one (1) year in sales, marketing and/or office administration experience
High school diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, marketing or a related field
A valid California driver’s license.
Solid working knowledge of Canva, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Video Marketing, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), cloud-based systems, Gmail, Smartsheet, and the ability to learn new software applications quickly.
Comfortable handling confidential information.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Team player and a positive attitude is a MUST.
