Client Engagement Specialist for Law Firm

Job Summary:
The Village Law Firm is seeking a friendly, outgoing individual to join our team as a Client Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will help potential clients of the firm understand the complexities of estate planning and guide them toward the legal solution that best meets their needs.

Responsibilities:
 
·       Meet with prospective clients either in person or via phone or video conference to explain various estate planning options and guide them toward the option that best suits their needs.
·       Follow up with prospective clients following the meeting.
·       Brief attorney on the matter and facilitate introduction and transition of client to attorney for work on their matter.
·       Maintain contact with clients throughout their engagement with the firm to ensure satisfaction with their experience.
Actively engage in dialogue with management regarding the quality and volume of the leads, offering constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement based on your discussions with prospective clients.
·       Collaborate with other members of the team to create efficient processes and improve the client experience.
·       Keep detailed notes in a central database documenting all communications with prospective clients.

Requirements
3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a professional services business.
Warm, friendly, and empathetic disposition.
Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
Confident making presentations.
Ability to explain complicated concepts in a way that is easy for prospects to understand.
Desire to continually improve your skills and knowledge.
Independent, self-starter who thrives on immersion in a rapidly changing environment and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proactive, can-do attitude, with great follow-through and resourcefulness along with attention to detail.

Compensation: $80k - $200k
