Your role
We are seeking a data-driven person with strong agency relationships to manage demand partnerships for the ADS PLUS team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing CTV ad sales with brands and agency-holding companies among key programmatic providers to ensure successful annual revenue goals and long-term growth.
You are driven to work independently and resourcefully manage many duties, including relationship building, media planning, and developing sales proposals, presentations, and marketing materials. You love to think outside the box and find ways to drive value for advertisers through new ad products & audience science.  The ideal candidate will be partnering with clients and agencies to develop meaningful advertising programs that propel businesses forward.
A background in video/programmatic advertising is required.  Experience planning, buying or selling either broadcast television or digital media is a plus.  You clearly understand the landscape and have a point of view on how Amagi products create value for partners.  You have a proven ability to develop a sales strategy and business plans to help drive new revenue streams for the ad business. Ideally, you have worked in a start-up environment and are confident operating amidst ambiguity. You are a fast learner and anxious to hit the ground running. You have a good understanding of Independent Agencies and their business needs. You will work closely with the Demand team to ensure that your portfolio scales and achieves its revenue objectives. Reporting directly to the VP of Demand Partnerships, this is a tactical and strategic role combining lead generation, business management, internal communications, and cross-functional initiatives.
Your key responsibilities include (but are not limited to)
Achieving aggressive advertising revenue goals
Research, develop, and pitch Amagi media to top advertising partners across agencies, DSPs, SSPs, and direct buyers.
Proactively building and maintaining a pipeline of sales targets, contacts, and sales opportunities leveraging your brand and agency connections with some cold calling
Providing campaign management, optimization, reporting, recaps, and lead upsell opportunities.
Responding to RFPs, collaborating with the product team on custom solutions, creating research and case studies  
Strategically identify opportunities for account growth through data analysis and demand insights.
Proactively identify roadblocks that may be preventing successful supply-to-demand flow.
Conduct in-market meetings, biweekly check-ins, and quarterly business reviews in collaboration with Demand Partnership Leads.
Help educate clients on Amagi's overall supply landscape and product offerings.
Build out new demand strategies & Implement demand strategies in collaboration with other business units like Connect, SaaS, etc.
Create GTM materials for all demand channels partnering with internal product groups to leverage the Amagi suite of products 
Manage all systems for demand on Salesforce, Cleary, Yukta, and others.
Work with operations and media planners to pull data and opportunities to take to market.
Requirements
Qualifications & experiences must Include;
Minimum of 4 years of experience in the digital advertising, ad tech, and media space
Strong Business Development acumen and background 
Understanding of linear TV migration, digital audience segmentation & data-driven targeting
Deep understanding of the programmatic CTV ad tech industry, competitive offerings, understand customer needs and leverage qualitative and quantitative data to support feature prioritization
