We are seeking an experienced Manager in Business Consultancy to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a strategic and data driven role. As an integral part of our team, the Manager will play a key role in supporting the development of client business strategy and marketing/media plans.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal teams to identify industry, category, consumer and competitor trends and support the development of client business strategy and marketing/media plans 
Understand media key performance indicators to help determine and predict sales performance  
Conduct media analyses, in collaboration with activation teams, to identify performance trends, recommend optimizations, & uncover larger business implications 
Identify competitive and market research opportunities to further client’s marketing strategy 
Uncover consumer audience insights and provide recommendations for media target 
Support team where needed to 
Understand, track and trend consumer, business, and marketing performance trends 
Through analysis, gather needed information and determine root cause of trends/changes to help provide recommendations and formulate an approach to challenges and gathers 
Extract and analyze performance data with aim to optimize media and help clients attain acquisition and or retention goals 
Become knowledgeable of Assembly’s consultancy projects and products 
Requirements
2-3+ years of experience in a strategic and data driven role 
Basic knowledge of marketing / media strategy 
Knowledgeable of multiple channels is a plus  
Knowledge of industry research resources and planning tools  
Identifying, sizing opportunity marketing targets 
Knowledge of media analytics 
Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint skills 
Excellent oral (presenting, leading and contributing in meetings) and written communication skills  
Ability to translate data into story telling slides  
Manages projects with internal teams 
Motivated and intellectually curious
Eager to find the answers to the questions buried in the data and communicate them clearly to internal stakeholders 
Problem solving and adaptability 
Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet project deadlines 
Self-starter who enjoys working with a team and independent work

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $75,000 - $85,000USD. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
