Job Description
AECOM is seeking a highly talented, self-driven and motivated Project Manager to be based in New York, New York area working in the NY Metro Transit Rail Project and Design Management group.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Perform project management responsibilities on transit rail projects in the NY Metro area
Manage a multi-discipline design team to produce high quality design deliverables, meet schedules and stay within project budgets
Coordinates design and construction phase services for design-build, design-bid-build or PMC projects
Responds to client issued RFQ and RFPs, assist in marketing for Transit Rail pursuits
Effectively communicate expectations and requirements with both clients and team members
Oversee development of project design schedules and project cost estimates.
Monitor project and discipline budgets against progress.
