Job Description
WORKING WITHIN THE TRAVEL DIVISION
Working on a mixture of incoming and externally sourced leads, as well as referred Private Jet clients, to build a List of Repeat Travel Customers.
Demonstrating an expert understanding of the most suitable Travel Product for each customer, and making suitable recommendations.
Managing travel bookings from enquiry to completion, and collaborating with other company departments to ensure best possible experience for our customers.
Always taking a “Customer First” attitude, and taking full ownership of our Customers In-Destination Experience, which may involve working outside of regular hours to ensure all customer trips run successfully.
Maintaining relationship with repeat clients, and pro-actively managing your customer list through outbound sales calls, emails and visits (both face-to-face and virtual) and ensuring that they come back to you again and again for their travel needs.
Engaging with Suppliers & Partners to ensure you are able to provide the most suitable choices for the customer's requirements.
Working towards exceeding daily, monthly & annual goals linked to both productivity and financial targets, and being able to collaborate, work as part of a team, and contribute towards a wider group collective.
Following company procedure in a methodical and chronological way to ensure protection of both TTD and your clients.
Working productively in what can sometimes be a pressurised environment, and making prompt, clear decisions which may involve tough choices or considered risks.
Representing the Business externally at events with suppliers, customers & wider industry peers.
