What you will be doing:
As an IT Reporting Senior, you will responsible for developing, managing, and delivering comprehensive reports that provide insights into IT operations and performance. This role involves gathering data, analyzing metrics, and creating detailed reports to support decision-making and strategic planning within the IT department. You will also be responsible for executive reporting, ensuring that senior management receives clear and actionable insights into IT performance.
1. Data Collection and Analysis
   - Gather and analyze data from various IT systems and databases.
   - Identify key metrics and trends to provide actionable insights.
2. Report Development
   - Design and generate detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
   - Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and aligned with business objectives.
3. Executive Reporting
   - Create and present high-level reports and summaries for senior management.
   - Translate complex technical data into clear, concise executive summaries.
   - Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to support executive decision-making.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
   - Work closely with IT and business teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver insights.
   - Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
What you bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in IT reporting, data analysis, or a similar role
Proficiency in reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of SQL and database management.
Experience in preparing and presenting reports to senior executives.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data analysis and report generation.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Communication: Ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with various teams.

The pay range for this full-time position is $77,100.00 - $(phone number removed) and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
