SciTec is seeking OPIR Mission Operations Support Engineers for duties assigned at Buckley Space Force Base. 
Responsibilities 
Execute contract efforts to support operationally fielded software for OPIR Battlespace Awareness Center (OBAC) operators 
Liaison between USSF operational crews and software development and maintenance teams
Support
Problem report generation and triage
Application and Capability integration
Recurring Training for new features/capabilities
Post event analysis
Operator DR review boards – act as eyes-ears of development teams
Conduct routine analysis and trending of key system performance parameters 
Interface to relevant corporate teams in IT, facilities, and security to ensure program operations support needs are fulfilled  
Other duties as assigned 
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, marketing, computer science, space operations or a related field  
Government or industry experience operating Department of Defense (DoD) Space Programs 
Active DoD Final Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility  
Strong team-building, time-management, and conflict-resolution abilities 
Excellent written communication, briefing, and presentation skills 
Ability to interact, brief and develop positive relationships with both customer and company senior leadership 
Demonstrated proficiency leading execution for a medium-complexity system of programs  
Detail oriented
Good verbal and written communication skills
Candidates who have one or more of the following skills will be preferred 
Overhead Persistent InfraRed (OPIR) ground processing domain knowledge 
Experience with Agile principles (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban, etc)

Flexible Work Hours
The pay range for this position is $90,000 - $139,000 / year. SciTec considers several factors when extending an offer of employment, including but not limited to the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills. This is not a guarantee of compensation.
