Be responsible for day-to-day account management and retention of Providence Health Plan's largest and most complex accounts
Provide strategic account leadership and oversight, annual renewal negotiations, and annual contract review
Consult with producers and groups
Identify opportunities to expand Providence Health Plan services, relationships, and brand
Balance member and group retention with appropriate loss ratio and NOI targets inclusive of large employers, national accounts, associations, and trusts
Please note the following important details regarding this role:
This is a hybrid role, that will meet with clients throughout the Southwest Oregon Region
Travel throughout the Southwest Oregon Territory Region is required
Requirements
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
7+ years of experience in the insurance industry
Experience and comfort with public speaking and/or group presentation
