Job Description
Maintain and enhance client relationship and satisfaction. 
Provide leadership and delivery excellence to manage existing projects at current customers. 
Lead business development and revenue growth at existing customers by identifying and shaping new opportunities. 
Lead and manage a team of approximately 15-20 FTEs. 
Incorporate industry standard Agile Project Management and development framework in program delivery. 
 
Client Relationship Management: 
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. 
Understand client needs and objectives and propose solutions that meet their requirements. 
Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns. 
Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates and address any issues that may arise.

Develop account plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and expand client base. 
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services. 
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction. 
Monitor account performance and take proactive measures to address any deviations from targets. 
Collaboration: 
Work closely with i360 teams, including business development and program teams, to deliver exceptional service to clients. 
Coordinate with colleagues to resolve client issues and ensure seamless delivery of products or services. 
Provide feedback to relevant teams based on client interactions to improve offerings and processes. 
Project Management: 
Conduct Sprint planning activities, establish Sprint objectives, coordinate daily scrum sessions. 
Define and implement quality planning, control and assurance. 
Manage risk, conflict and issue management. 
Manage internal and external communication. 
Responsible for all deliverables.
