What you will be doing:
Lead the team in your shift in welcoming all guests in a luxury environment. 
Completing Opening and closing shift responsibilities and customizing a warm farewell to our departing guests.
Oversee the daily Operations and lead the Front Office team during your assigned shift.
Handling all requests and inquiries and all incoming phone calls to the hotel including In-house guests. Providing hand-tailored experiences to ensure a memorable stay.
Enrolling guests in our ALL Accor frequent guest program.
Candidate should be able to deliver luxury service, be efficient, empowered and cordial.
Responsible for a cash bank and following all cash handling procedures.
Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling.
Consistently offer friendly, engaging and a service culture that contributes positively to the Brand’s Vision and Mission.
