Job Description
The Talent Acquisitions Manager - Central Support will work directly with the Director of Talent Acquisition and partner with our Executive Leadership team and company leaders to anticipate and meet the continuously evolving central support staffing needs of our growing business. The position will engage with prospective central support team candidates across various departments through active and passive channels and will nurture those relationships to eventually bring them on board. The position will regularly flex to support priority DVM/Veterinarian recruitment efforts as needed with critical requisitions.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Full involvement in the recruiting process for any Central Support staffing needs and veterinarian: from outreach to offers through to the start date
Assist in developing and implementing strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent across the country for in-person, hybrid and remote needs.
Coordinate and help schedule interviews and provide communication summary of candidate conversations to hiring managers.
Applicant phone screening; qualify potential candidates for communication and soft skills
Engage and frequently communicate with professional recruiter network to maintain strong ties
Advertise and manage open position requisitions across industry and national hiring platforms 
Regular follow up with respective hiring managers and interview panelists to ensure timeliness of the recruitment process
Help continue to build and maintain Applicant Tracking System and Recruiting CRM
Engage in all staffing related activities and participate as needed in cross functional projects
Attend various veterinary college events and/or tradeshows to support the broader team (~25% travel expected – about 3-5 days per month)
