Job Description
The Project Manager of Retail at Vuori is an essential part of the new store opening team and plays a pivotal role in the expansion of our physical retail stores. The NSO Project Manager works cross-functionally with other departments. Your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a projects organization and timeline. The NSO Project Manager must exhibit aspirational leadership, teamwork and a passion for the Vuori culture at every store project.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Prioritize, multi-task and maximize productivity in a fast paced and evolving environment. 
Lead, plan, manage and direct multiple complex new store opening projects concurrently. 
Manage 5 – 6 projects in different geographies simultaneously at various stages. 
Responsible for hitting deadlines and budgets at each project. 
Schedule and lead operational project team meetings and ensure follow up of action items in support of new store openings. 
Resolve cross-functional issues at project level. 
Coordinate all activities to prepare stores for a smooth turnover and disseminate information to key departments. 
Responsible for holding external and internal partners accountable for deliverables. 
Provides timelines and manages deadlines with cross-functional departments to ensure a timely store opening. 
Internally, you are the main cross-functional partner for the Brand, Merch + Visual Design Team, the Retail team, Marketing team and all other teams involved in successful project completion. 
Travel as needed to review site readiness and manage all onsite set up partnering closely with Construction Managers on site turnover and closeout of punch lists. 
You can expect to be onsite up to a week during the final phases of the project. 
Act as the main point of contact for all local contractors working on these projects. 
Work closely with IT partners to ensure all relevant systems are functional and operational and on schedule prior to store opening. 
Perform postmortem reports upon completion of each project; evaluate the success of each project and determine best practices. 
Special projects and ongoing operational support to stores as assigned. 
Regular Overnight Travel: visits all assigned projects (1-2 visits throughout duration or as necessary). 
Implement company culture/values/mission as a living breathing part of the entire team. 
Build great relationships with store teams.
