Project Manager - Automotive Paint Automation

We are seeking a Project Manager for a leading company in the paint finishing industry. As the Project Manager you will oversee all aspects of a given project from kick-off to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of a given project, including engineering, design, manufacturing, construction, commissioning, and documentation
Coordinate and manage all activities and interface with stakeholders, including customers, subcontractors, fabricators, suppliers, and installers
Establish and manage the project execution strategy and plan to provide the project to the agreed schedule, within the estimate, and to the satisfaction of the customer
Maintain a detailed schedule covering all phases of the project
Ensure accurate and timely project documentation is maintained
Manage all engineering and design-related issues, including communication between stakeholders
Review drawing content related to cost, fit for purpose, good engineering, design, and installation practices
Develop scopes of work with the engineering team assigned to the project and negotiate/award subcontracts/purchase orders
Conduct project review meetings and prepare monthly financial projections
Issue formal correspondence to customers, suppliers, and subcontractors regarding contract content, scope of work, and schedule
Assist proposals department in preparation of bulletin/field order quotations
Work closely with project administrator to maintain project administration, financial project control, payment, cash flow, and accurate financial projection
Monitor for supplier/subcontractor extra cost claims and mitigate/minimize cost the project
Comply with all quality operating system and environmental management system requirements applicable to this position
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
5 years of experience in the paint finishing industry
Understanding of engineering, projects, manufacturing, sales, and estimating
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Projects, and QOS
Degree preferred but not required
