DBS Staffing Services, Inc. is currently seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Warehouse Workers. As a family-owned staffing company, we specialize in finding quality employment candidates like you and matching their talents to our clients' needs. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various warehouse duties, such as receiving and storing goods, preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Unload incoming shipments and inspect them for accuracy and damage
Efficiently and accurately process incoming and outgoing orders
Pick and pack products to fulfill customer orders
Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and responsibly
Maintain inventory records and perform cycle counts as needed
Keep the warehouse clean and organized
Adhere to all safety and security protocols
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous warehouse experience required
Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to lift and move heavy objects
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Strong ethical standards
