full-time position to be filled as soon as possible in our division Technology in Kleinostheim near Aschaffenburg.
Your Responsibilities:
Support the design and execution of the IT strategy
Ensure stable and efficient IT operations of core legacy Backoffice applications (billing, invoicing, transactions, toll services, customer/supplier data and processes, enterprise content management, team collaboration software and messaging)
The delivery of projects and demands related to the current IT landscape: small enhancements, balanced between existing solutions and new platforms
Decommission legacy applications and define migration scenarios
Support budget/forecasting of parts of IT expenditures: resources planning, financial controlling
Your Profile:
You have at least 6 years of experience in multi-team management in an internationally acting organization
You have experience in decommissioning strategy, rationalization strategy and migration to new solutions (including co-existence, etc.)
You have proven leadership skills, with the ability to develop and communicate objectives, inspire and motivate teams, and maintain alignment with business and IT
You are experienced with IBM products (DB2, iSeries, Lotus Notes), Java and Atlassian suite
You are fluent in English and desirably in German
