Requirements:

Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Expertise in at least one of the following SAP modules
- Proven knowledge in customer consulting, requirement management, and customization
- Good understanding of logistic SAP processes and project management
- Willingness to familiarize oneself with additional SAP modules
- Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and customer-oriented approach

Responsibilities:

Act as a competent contact person, providing support to customers and demonstrating expertise in consulting and 2nd + 3rd level support
- Maintain focus on customer requirements and ensure continuous development of customer solutions
- Easily handle the creation of implementation concepts, customization, documentation, and development project proposals
- Effectively contribute expertise to projects, as well as design and conduct customer workshops
