Position Summary:
Fairmont Grand Del Mar is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Laundry and Housekeeping Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid role that involves overseeing the daily operations of both the laundry and housekeeping departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the daily operations of the laundry and housekeeping departments
Supervise laundry and housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to ensure smooth operations
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Assist in developing and implementing departmental policies and procedures
Handle guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
Assist in training new employees and conducting performance evaluations
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
