This position is onsite and in Coconut Grove, Florida. Successful candidates will need to be already living in the Miami area and able to commute daily to Coconut Grove, FL.
The Director of Lifecycle Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty across all stages of the customer journey. This role will play a critical role in maximizing customer lifetime value and driving business growth through targeted and personalized marketing initiatives.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies that effectively engage customers at every stage of the customer journey, including acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, customer success, and analytics, to identify key customer segments, lifecycle stages, and strategic opportunities for engagement and conversion.
Utilize data-driven insights and customer segmentation strategies to personalize marketing communications and experiences, driving higher engagement, conversion, and retention rates.
Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SMS marketing, push notifications, and more, to deliver timely and relevant communications to customers.
Implement robust testing and optimization frameworks to continually refine and improve lifecycle marketing campaigns, leveraging A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other experimentation methodologies to maximize performance and ROI.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of lifecycle marketing initiatives, providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Stay ahead of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in lifecycle marketing and customer engagement, leveraging insights to innovate and enhance our marketing strategies and tactics.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the lifecycle marketing team, providing leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members.
Qualifications:
A degree in marketing, business, or a related field would be nice but not required.
5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on lifecycle marketing, customer engagement, and retention strategies.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful lifecycle marketing campaigns across multiple channels, driving measurable improvements in customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty. Be ready to provide specific examples of success!
Proven track record of success working with a sales floor. The sales team is the client for the marketing team!
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, PowerBI , CRM systems) to derive insights and inform decision-making.
Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot) and CRM systems to orchestrate complex and effective lifecycle marketing campaigns and workflows.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive alignment and achieve shared goals.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth through customer-centric marketing initiatives.
Strong leadership skills and experience managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.
Creative thinker with a performance-first approach to marketing, able to develop innovative strategies and solutions to engage and delight customers throughout their journey.
