Responsibilities
Monitor and control entry and exit points to ensure the safety and security of customers and staff.
Check IDs and enforce the dress code.
Handle difficult or unruly customers with composure and professionalism.
Communicate and coordinate effectively with bartenders, management, and other staff members.
Assist with crowd control and ensure a safe and friendly environment.
Respond to incidents and emergencies promptly and appropriately.
Perform regular pat-downs and bag checks to prevent prohibited items from entering the premises.
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall experience of our guests.
Requirements
Prior experience in security, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle difficult situations with a calm and composed demeanor.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Physical strength and stamina to handle crowd control situations.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Valid security license or certification is a plus.
