We are currently seeking a Realtor to join our team at our Vancouver office. As a Realtor, you will act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers, assisting them in marketing and purchasing properties for the best price and terms. Responsibilities
Build relationships with sellers and buyers to understand their needs and goals
Market and promote listings through various channels
Guide clients through the process of buying and selling properties
Provide information on legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability
Generate and manage lists of properties for sale
Requirements
Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
Proven track record of sales and negotiation skills
Ability to work autonomously and effectively
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong listening skills to understand clients' desires and needs
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Must be 18+
