Engage Talent Partners are working with our client based in Elgin to recruit a Sales Director.
Our client is a key player within their industry sector and due to their exciting growth plans they’re looking to expand the leadership team.
They are looking for a determined and driven individual with commercial acumen, excellent leadership skill who can develop and build the sales team. You will be a strategic thinker with excellent client account management skills and well versed in business development and relationship building.
Key responsibilities:
* Experience of developing and delivering an ambitious commercial growth strategy.
* Experience of building, leading and inspiring teams, to drive towards a common goal.
* Commercial flair with local/regional business awareness across industry.
* A customer ethos that places new and existing clients at the heart of the business.
The ideal candidate will have a successful background in people management, able to nurture, develop and lead a team. You will have extensive key account management experience, able to implement a strategic account management programme, developing multiple relationships with individual clients while achieving growth. You will also have a background in building and implementing an effective business development strategy to win new clients.
