We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join the team as Head of Commercials. This pivotal role will drive sales, enhance operational efficiency, and elevate customer service across 10 branches. This is a hybrid role offering flexible banking hours but would require frequent travel to the 10 branches throughout Cardiff/Vale/Gwent and Bristol.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:

Provide strategic direction and leadership to 10 branch managers, the HQ admin manager, and a branch cover employee.
Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment across all branches.
Conduct regular performance reviews and support development opportunities for branch managers and their teams.

Sales and Commercial Strategy:

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales across all branches with a compassionate and customer-focused approach.

Customer Service Enhancement:

Ensure all branches deliver exceptional customer service, understanding the unique needs of customers.
Implement training programs and best practices to enhance the customer experience.
Promptly address customer feedback and complaints to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

Change Management:

Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
Effectively communicate changes to all stakeholders, ensuring smooth transitions and staff buy-in.

Operational Oversight:

Oversee daily operations of the branches, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
Collaborate with the HQ admin manager to streamline administrative processes and support branch activities.

Financial Management:

Develop and manage budgets for commercial operations, ensuring financial targets are met.
Prepare regular financial reports for senior management.

Strong understanding of sales strategies and operational management.
