Sustainability Engineer

Our client is seeking a Sustainability  Engineer based in Greater Glasgow with a focus on the Manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting all sites to maintain ISO14001 Environmental Management System, developing a pipeline of Continuous Improvement projects, maintaining monthly KPI data collection and reporting, and assisting with the Global Supply Chain Sustainability Program.

Experience in Sustainability focussed Engineering role
Proven project implementation and management skills
Broad Environmental background and preferably degree qualified in Engineering
Strong communicator and influencer with good financial understanding
Problem-solving skills utilizing standard methodologies (KT, 8D, RCA)

The role offers the opportunity to work on a Global Supply Chain Sustainability Program, reduce carbon, water, and waste footprint across the value chain, and collaborate with key stakeholders including Site Leadership Teams, Sustainability Director, Group Engineering Manager, and Supply Chain Director.
