Engineering Manager

Engineering Manager - Gloucester - £75,000-£85,000 + 10% bonus

My client, a FTSE 100 defence company, is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the engineering of highly critical and complex products.

Many of the programmes are time constrained so your role is to ensure efficient and effective management of the resources.

Although this role is not hands on, you must be technically competent.

Requirements:

Technically astute with FPGA, C++ and/or VHDL
Experienced in product delivery, within both hardware and software projects
Experience managing multi disciplined teamsAll applicants must hold an active SC clearance or be eligible to gain one. Due to the nature of the projects you'll be working on, they require a sole British national (no dual nationals).
