My client is currently looking for a talented and motivated Project Manager to join their Water team in Bristol as part of a multi-disciplinary department providing detailed designs for water related projects in the UK. This role can be worked flexibly with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office and the option of adjusted start and finish times.

They draw upon a combined knowledge base of 22,000 experts across Northern Europe. More technologies, more skills, and more inventive solutions mean they can apply global knowhow, locally across the full spectrum of lifecycle services in both water engineering and wider water management. More importantly, they have a proven record of transferring innovation from other countries and sectors into the UK water industry - not least in their work on AMP7 Frameworks with 7 of the 12 UK water and sewerage companies.

They'll work with you to develop your expertise so that you can become a real Difference Maker and develop sustainable and innovative solutions to address these issues. You'll join a growing team of professionals working together towards the best client outcomes.

They are looking for individuals who can challenge conventional thinking and work collaboratively to meet a wide range of business, environment and regulatory challenges for these clients. The role offers an opportunity for successful candidates to broaden and diversify their expertise.

As a Project Manager you will join Water South team, managing the delivery of detailed designs and specifications, primarily for wastewater schemes. They have a varied project workload and strong pipeline of work with opportunities to manage large, highly complex schemes or multiple small schemes with a programme of work.

What I'm looking for from you:
* An engineering related degree or equivalent.
* A recognised project management qualification.
* Membership of a relevant professional institution and working to or have achieved professional recognition.
* The ability to work with engineers from all disciplines and other industry professionals to optimise and develop bespoke and innovative designs.
* Experience in managing the delivery of water designs and specifications on water related projects for water companies, contractors and industry.
* An appreciation of the implications of works on the environment and knowledge of sustainable solutions, water and wastewater processes and health and safety legislation.
* Excellent relationship building skills and enjoy working closely with clients, architects and other members of the professional team and playing a pivotol role in establishing the brief and developing solutions that meet and exceed our client's expectations.
* The confidence to undertake business development activity, client management and be commercially astute securing new and repeat business.
