We have an excellent opportunity for a Learning and Development Administrator to join a highly regarded Insurance firm, based in their Warwickshire offices and offering hybrid flexible home working.

Working as part of the company’s newly formed Talent operation, you will be responsible for implementing and administering learning and development programmes across the whole organisation, getting involved in a wide range of projects and initiatives. On a daily basis, you will be overseeing numerous training courses and development programmes, taking responsibility for coordinating with internal teams as well as external speakers, booking meeting rooms, sending diary invites, paying invoices and supporting with on the day set up when needed.

With excellent organisational skills, you will keep up to date notes and records of which members of staff need to undertake each appropriate course, logging attendance and following up with feedback forms to understand the effectiveness of each programme. Working with members of staff across the entire organisation, strong written and verbal communication skills will be crucial as you will need to build solid working relationships at all levels. You will also be the first point of contact for any L&D questions or queries as well as providing support to the Recruitment and Talent Acquisition teams, coordinating interviews, updating the applicant tracking system and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

For this exciting and rewarding Learning and Development Administrator role, you will need to have previous administrative experience from within a professional services organisation, preferably within financial services or insurance. An interest in HR and Learning and Development will be key, as will an ability to juggle numerous projects at any one time. Crucially, you will have excellent communication skills, a calm and professional demeanor, strong IT skills and a real desire to develop a career within L&D.
