As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the ideal furniture pieces to meet their needs whist providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
* Listen attentively to customers' needs and preferences to recommend suitable furniture options.
* Provide product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and warranty information.
* Guide customers through the purchasing process and effectively close sales.
* Stay informed about current furniture trends, styles, and product offerings.
* Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns with professionalism and efficiency.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
