Technical Manager - Residential

I am looking to source an experienced Technical Manager for the Midlands region of a national housing developer.

You will be responsible for ensuring the progression of schemes from the land appraisal stage to the physical start on site. You will control and co-ordinate all technical information between external consultants and internal departments, to ensure all approvals are obtained and information received is issued, to allow for a programmed start on site.

Previous experience operating within the UK residential market it is essential
