ECT Primary Teacher

We are looking for early career teachers to work in a primary schools in Leeds. This is a fabulous way to put your knowledge into practice and gain some valuable experience in primary schools before gaining a permanent role, which we can also assist with. If you are ready to take on the rewarding role of inspiring students on their educational journey as a Primary Teacher, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities as a Primary Teacher:

Plan and deliver engaging and lessons for primary students 
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
Assess and provide constructive feedback on students' work, ensuring their continuous growth and development.
Organize and participate in extracurricular activities, such as clubs, and competitions.
Collaborate with colleagues and promote interdisciplinary learning.
Requirements:

Valid teaching certification for primary education UK (PGCE or QTS).
Proven experience teaching at the primary level.
Local to the Leeds area (driver is preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Hold an Enhanced Child ONLY DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
