HR & Payroll Advisor

The HR & Payroll Advisor will be an essential part of the Human Resources team, focusing on the industrial/manufacturing sector. The position will be based in Leeds, on site 4 days per week offering core hours.

Description

Reporting into the Shared Services Manager you will be responsible for:

Using SAP Success factors to process payroll for 1000 employees ensuring data checks, attention to detail
First level HR advice coaching, guiding and supporting managers
Generalist HR
Working closely with the HR Business Partners and HR Advisors across the team for all aspects of HR
Stakeholder management across the business

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

Proven experience in a HR/Payroll role
Have worked with payroll
Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices.
A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element.
Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
Excellent organisational
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Job Offer

A competitive salary range of £32 - £38 per annum.
Site based 4 days per week core hours 9-3, 1 day WFH
