Education Recruitment experience is desirable but will cross-train from other sectors.
Our client is a well-established Education Recruitment agency, they are continually looking to grow and are looking for talented Recruitment Consultants to join them.
This particular role is aimed at a Perms Consultant, so previous perm experience is essential.
They work with hundreds of schools across the UK and always have a steady supply of daily, long-term and permanent teaching jobs available across all subject specialisms and Key Stages.
The Role of Education Recruitment Consultant.
You’ll be tasked with finding the best teachers and teaching staff out there and helping them to find their dream job within a school! Your typical day will include speaking to multiple candidates about what they are looking for, their experience, helping them with their CV and preparing them for interviews. You’ll speak to clients about their current vacancies they’d like you to work on, posting job adverts, arranging interviews and getting out to visit your clients where you can! You’ll be building lots of relationships along the way with all types of educators, schools, and colleagues. You’ll be given full, ongoing training to support you in your role and learn how to be successful in our sector.
