East London Housing Association looking for a Carpenter/Multi to join the Responsive Repairs and Planned Works team on a temporary basis.
This is a mobile role and therefore a Full clean UK Driving Licence will be required. The client will provide the successful candidate with:
- A company van; to be strictly used for work purposes only
- Fuel Card; to be used for work purposes only
- PDA
- Tower Hamlets Parking Permit
The successful candidate will provide a customer focused, efficient and effective in house maintenance service to it's Housing Association residents. Carrying out high quality and cost effective repairs service within the DLO parameters, whilst ensuring Health and Safety compliance and best practice at all times. To work in a professional and flexible manner that meets the demand of our customers.
Duties:
- Carpentry (main trade)
- Plumbing
- Tiling
- Decorating
- Patch Plastering
- Groundworks
- Other minor repairs
Hours:
8am - 5pm
40 hours (PAID)
1 hour (UNPAID)
