We are working with a hugely respected Tier 1 M&E subcontractor operating across London, the UK and mainland Europe. They are looking for a Senior Electrical Project Manager to join their team in London.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* The Senior Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and completing the electrical aspects of a construction project, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
* The Senior Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for building and leading a team of electrical engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, and ensuring they are properly trained and organised.
* The Senior Electrical Project Manager will create and manage the project budget and make sure the electrical work stays within budgetary constraints.
* The Senior Electrical Project Manager will work alongside other professionals to make sure the quality, compliance, procurement, schedule management, commercial and commissioning aspects are delivered as planned.
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND
* Previous experience as Senior Electrical Project Manager, Contracts Manager or Project Lead.
* Experience of working for an M&E subcontractor.
* Experience of leading the whole lifecycle of commercial projects (M&E value at least £5M), data centres or life science facilities.
* Have UK right to work.
