Requirements:
Experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs
Strong understanding of SEMH strategies and interventions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude
Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, Teaching Assistant Certification) are desirable but not essential
