Solicitor - Business Crime & Regulatory

Business Crime and Regulatory team, top-ranked by Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners, has an opportunity for a 2-4 years’ PQE Solicitor/Fee Earner with Police Station Representative Accreditation to join their Manchester team.

Role Requirements:

* Regular police station attendance (driving licence and vehicle required)

* On-call shifts as per 24-hour Police Station client rota

* Court attendance and Crown Court case preparation

Compensation:

* Generous on-call payments, enhanced on weekends and bank holidays

* Up to half of call-out fees

Skills and Experience:

* 2-4 years’ PQE Solicitor, or CILEX/Senior Paralegal with 2+ years’ relevant experience

* Police Station Representative Accreditation

* Full driving licence and access to a vehicle

* Knowledge of criminal law, PACE, and court procedures

* Experience in police misconduct or professional regulatory matters (training provided)
