In this role, you'll be an English specialist capable of delivering a curriculum that spans Entry Level, Functional Skills, Key Stage 3, and GCSE. The goal is to instill a sense of wonder and relevance in your lessons, making learning an engaging and challenging adventure. Whether your students are mastering the basics or excelling in their passions, your high aspirations will help them reach their full potential. You'll be adept at managing complex behaviours with a blend of attention, communication, consistency, and a flexible, non-judgmental approach.

In return for your dedication, you'll receive a host of benefits, including:

Staff laptop and mobile phone
Competitive salary
Extensive training and professional qualification opportunities
Small class sizes with specialist TA support
The chance to be part of an expanding, national organisation that recognises skill, effort and potential and grows its own leadership teams
Enhanced occupational sickness scheme
Flexible pension
Regular therapeutic and supportive supervision
Employee benefit service with access to wellbeing services, salary sacrifice schemes, high street vouchers, money off eating-out and takeaways

Our client is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, so all successful applicants will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check.

If you are ready to inspire and be inspired, please contact Katie Butler at PSR Solutions (phone number removed) for further details. Join us in creating a brighter future for children in Dudley. Apply now and be part of a supportive, expanding organisation that values your skills and dedication
